Fishing Day. Part II
Those who do not feel like hunting for fish themselves being furnished with a spinning rod and water boots are advised to have the cooked fish. Just go in the direction of Chimgan and Charvak, to Khodjikent neighborhood. There, in the foothills, you will find "Three Barrels" complex which is represented by a few nice, small and cozy restaurants where they serve fried marinkas, carps and rainbow trouts.

And against the background of snow-covered mountains you will enjoy relaxing and having well-cooked freshly caught fish.

Marinkas, carps and trouts are caught by local fishermen in the Ugam, a mountain river that heads in the mountains of Ugam-Chatkal range. The waters of this river are clean, so the carps caught there are light golden color fish with shining scales. The lowland carps are of dark golden color with black backs. Trouts are rainbow, as they should be.

First, the fish is scaled.

Then it is thoroughly washed in running water.

Then the fish is cut exactly along its spine.

Then it is salted. Only salt is used, with no more spices or tricks applied...
