This tour was made especially for people that want to drive their 4X4 cars in the mountains! We have 4 Russian 4X4 cars – Lada Niva for driving off road. Why did we choice this kind of car? It is the best possible transport!!! It is quite light and it can pass very difficult places on the way. Before going to every tour all cars are examined by specialists to make sure that everything is all right.
During the tour you will have a special car that will show you the way. It will have a guide and a specialist to have support during the tour. Also it will have a cook and tents for our nights in the hidden places of our mountains.
Lada Niva was made especially for off roads – it does not have any extra comfort but it is an ideal car to cross any obstacles on the way. Even Vladimir Putin has such a car for himself!

Day 1: Bishkek – Tue Ashuu pass – Kyzyl Korgon Start from point A: 10 a.m. Arriving to point B: 18:00 The altitude of point A: 925 m The altitude of point B: 1100 m Maximum altitude: 3 586 (Tue Ashuu pass) Distance: 289 km Road condition: 40% paved road, 60% soil road We will meet you in the airport and then you will be transferred to your hotel. Then you will have some time to have a rest and to take a shower and afterwards will be briefing. As soon as we finish you will get acquainted with your car. You will have time to get use to drive it and then we start our tour! Our road will go through the amazing Kyrgyz Ala Too Mountain range. When we are on Tue Ashuu pass you will have a photo stop to make some pictures of Suusamir valley! Then we continue our way along Kekemeren River to Kyzyl Korgon – it is a fantastic place with a diverse landscape and incredible red mountains. This night you will spend in a tent on the bank of Kekemeren River.
Day 2: Kyzyl Korgon – Kara Keche pass – Son Kul Lake Start from point A: 10 a.m. Arriving to point B: 16:00 The altitude of point A: 1100 m The altitude of point B: 3016 m Maximum altitude: 3 364 (Kara Keche pass) Distance: 190 km Road condition: 30% of bad paved road, 70% washed out soil road After a strengthen breakfast and a short walk or even some fishing in the river we will continue our tour. Today we are going to drive to the high mountain lake Son Kul that is the second biggest lake in Kyrgyzstan. This place is hidden in the mountains and there are many nomads with their yurts and cattle. The road will go through picturesque alpine meadows, rocky mountains and also through Soviet coal mines that are not in use any more. In the evening we will go to find ancient petrogliphs (pictures on stones) dated to the 8 century B.C. And you will see the sunset with a view on the whole lake! This night you will spend in nomadic collapsible dwellings – yurts. They are made of felt and wood without using a single nail.
Day 3: Son Kul – Moldo Ashu pass – Eki Naryn Start from point A: 10 a.m. Arriving to point B: 19:00 The altitude of point A: 3016 m The altitude of point B: 2560 m Maximum altitude: 3 380 (Moldo Ashu pass) Distance: 285 km Road condition: 30% paved road, 70% soil road Today we will have a long drive from the center of Kyrgyzstan to its eastern border. After breakfast in a yurt we will start our tour to Moldo Ashu pass. The view from the pass will amaze you: the serpentine road goes sharply down, needle-leaved forest surround Kurtka valley and it is possible to see in the far distance the blue line of Moldo Too Mountain range. Then we will drive down to the longest river of Kyrgyzstan – Naryn. After taken lunch in Naryn town that is situated along the river we will drive to national park Eki Naryn. There is pristine nature, unforgettable views and the air mixed with the smell of motley grasses. This night you will spend in tents. It is a great chance to be far from civilization and to relax in the calm atmosphere of Tien Shan Mountains. Day 4: Eki Naryn – Djiluu Suu Start from point A: 10 a.m. Arriving to point B: 14:00 The altitude of point A: 2560 m The altitude of point B: 2870 m Maximum altitude: 2870 m Distance: 96 km Road condition: 110% soil road This day is one before a long drive. In the morning we will drive to Djiluu Suu. This place is famous for its beauty and incredible mountains. After arriving you will have time to have hiking in the mountains or just to relax near the bank of the river. Our mechanic will check up the cars and then you will spend the night in tents.
Day 5: Djiluu Suu valley – Tosor pass – Karakol Start from point A: 10 a.m. Arriving to point B: 19:00 The altitude of point A: 2870 m The altitude of point B: 1608 m Maximum altitude: 3 893 m Distance: 320 km Road condition: 40% of bad soil road, 30% soil road, 30% paved road Today is one of the most interesting days – you will drive over Tosor pass. The road (if it is possible to call it like this) to the pass has a mountain river on the way that we must cross several times. At last we come up to the pass and slowly start to move over it to the Tosor valley. This place is really astonishing – we are higher mountains and the road disappears in the far distance. After driving in the valley as a present for us – there is a view on the largest lake of Kyrgyzstan Issyk Kul. It is also the second largest mountain lake in the world! We will drive along its southern shore to Karakol city. Overnight in a hotel.
Day 6: Karakol – Semenovskoe – Grigorievskoe – Issyk Kul Start from point A: 10 a.m. Arriving to point B: 18:00 The altitude of point A: 1608 m The altitude of point B: 1608 m Maximum altitude: 2375 m Distance: 290 km Road condition: 70% paved road, 30% soil road After breakfast you will have a city tour to get acquainted with its architecture. You will visit Dungan mosque that is built without a single nail and a wooden Church that is more than 100 years old. Then we will continue our driving in the country of celestial mountains. On the way you will drive in two famous gorges - Semenovskoe and Grigorievskoe. After them you will drive along northern part of Issyk Kul Lake to your hotel. When you are there you will have time to have a rest on the beach and to swim in the lake. It has curative qualities because of salty water. Night in a hotel. Day 7: Issyk Kul – Bishkek Start from point A: 10 a.m. Arriving to point B: 15:00 The altitude of point A: 1608 m The altitude of point B: 925 m Maximum altitude: 1820 m Distance: 250 km Road condition: 100% paved road Today is the last day of our rally. We will drive to the capital of Kyrgyzstan – Bishkek city. You will have a city tour there to find out more about it. In the evening is a farewell dinner in honor of great explores and travelers. Overnight in a hotel.
Day 8: Flight home In the morning you will be transferred to the airport.
