Hi there, I visited your country back in 2002 on a backpack tour. Back then, it was a hassle getting a visa to Uzbekistan as there was no Uzbek embassy here in my country. I was stucked for a few days in Malaysia just to get the visa that I almost gave up. Nevertheless, I had a wonderful trip in ur country. I was accompanied by your wonderful driver, Tahir/Taha and your guide Utkir/Utkar..sorry I cant really remember their names correctly. Now, it has been 8 yrs and I thought of returning to do another tour in Uzbekistan. This time round, I would like to have a very soulful tour, a pilgrimmage tour so that I could learn more about the Islamic history and be in touch with the islamic scholars to learn more abt the beauty of Islam in your country.

I want to tell you we had a wonderful trip in Uzbekistan and everything was so very well taken care of, my compliments. Normally I don't travel in this way, but in this case we do not regret it.
I can recommend it to my friends.
The hotels were nice, the guides were always waiting for us to explain a lot, so that we know much more of Uzbekistan now.
Also Davron, the driver, was a very nice person, we were very happy with him.

There were too many exchange of e mails between your company and us due to some kind of misunderstanding. However, Dr. Bong Suh Lee and I was fully statisfied with the perfect arrangement made by your company for us.
It was very kind of you to deliver the train tickets to our hotel. Your driver was very functual in picking up us from hotel as well as from train station when we returned to Tashkent. Most importantly, your tour guide, Ms. Suzanna Fatyan in Smarkant was outstanding. Her English was perfect, she was very knowlegeable about your history. She tried very hard to show us the best parts of Smarkant in the short period time. Dr. Lee and I really enjoyed the day trip to Smarkant, thanks to Suzanna. We will definitely recommand your company if anybody visits Uzbkistan and needs a tour company.
I have a student from you country in my class. I will tell him how much I enjoyed when I visited Smarkant with so much beatiful cultural heritage.

Votre site est tres bien documente, et vous avez fait l'effort de le traduire en francais. helas, il y a tant de fautes que la lecture en est difficile. The guides in Buchara, Samerkand and Tashkent were very good.

When returning home, as promised, I'm sending a line of comments.
It has beeen a nice trip all through the ititnerary.
In your country we enjoied the visit with a nice and attentive staff: Muslim and Anja were very nice and kind and we enjoied their attentions and cohoperation and appreciated their efforts when we were in trouble with transportation. I will recommend your organization in future for this trip with Argonauti explorers.

We are once again at home and yet at work.
Our trip was really extraordinary. We are very pleased with Dolores Tour.
It was almost perfect .
Our Group Leader Gulbara is very kind , her french is impeccable and she is very competent.
The local guides in Boukhara (Dyla) and in Samarkand ( Katia) have excellent knowledge of Uzbekistan history and culture and are very kind too.
Unfortunately, our local guide in Khiva is perhaps competent but we are unable to judge it; we had to rack our’s brains to understand her for she doesn’t speak french fluently and she never understood us when we asked her a question, even about practical things of everyday life.
Concerning the transportation , our vehicule was very confortable and our driver very efficient; he drove us very safely.
Concerning the hotels , all are comfortable.
The hotel you chose in Khiva ( Malika Korezm) is well located near the north gate of the old city , but the Semurg in Boukhara is really too far from the center and we could not move alone in the evening ; every day we needed the car for dinner.
It’s because, when we are abroad, we enjoy walking in the streets by ourselves to discover the towns .
We have enjoyed our journey in Uzbekistan : people, specially on the markets ( we have visited a lot of markets) are really kind and smiling ; everywhere we have been welcomed.
We thank you very much to have organized this trip for us and we were happy to meet you in Tashkent.
